研究目的：

为使CT三维重建辅助精准建立经皮肾镜取石手术通道这一技术能够成为国际化的方法更好地进行临床推广应用拟通过多中心、大样本临床研究的开展，对该手术方法的疗效、安全性和临床实用价值进行客观的评价。  

Objectives of Study：

In order to make the technology of percutaneous nephrolithotomy assisted accurate establishment of percutaneous nephrolithotomy channel by CT three-dimensional reconstruction can become an international method and better carry out clinical promotion and application, it is planned to carry out multi-center and large-sample clinical research, the efficacy of this surgical method, Objectively evaluate the safety and clinical practical value.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.凝血功能异常未能纠正者；
2.因心、脑、肺等合并症不能接受手术者；
3.有严重畸形脊柱和肥胖不能俯卧位者；
4.尿路感染未能有效控制者；
5.合并肾脏肿瘤者；
6.造影剂过敏者；
7.妊娠者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with abnormal coagulation function that cannot be corrected;
2. Those who cannot undergo surgery due to complications such as heart, brain, and lung;
3. Those with severe deformity of the spine and obesity who cannot lie prone;
4. Urinary tract infection cannot be effectively controlled;
5. Patients with renal tumors;
6. Those who are allergic to contrast media;
7. Those who are pregnant.
