研究目的：

建立数学模型，并用数学模型预判原发性肾病综合症患者的病理类型  

Objectives of Study：

Establish mathematical model to forecast the pathology type of the idopathic nephrotic syndrome patients who dont fit to take renal biopsy test.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1 未行肾脏穿刺的肾病综合症患者
2 继发性肾病综合症如糖尿病，系统性狼苍，肿瘤，淀粉样变性等
3 患有严重的感染，心功能不全，肝功能不全，脑血管疾病患者排除

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with rapidly progressive glomerulonephritis, diabetes nephropathy, systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), nephrotic syndrome related with carcinoma, hepatitis B virus related-glomerular nephritis, or systemic vasculitis were excluded from this study;
2. no renal biopsy;
3. Patients with severe heart failure, infection, failure of liver function, cerebrovascular disorder.
