上市后再评价祖师麻膏药治疗膝骨关节炎的临床有效性和安全性。

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①不符合膝骨关节炎西医诊断标准；
②膝关节肿热。
③膝关节有结晶性滑膜（关节）炎、急性炎性关节炎、类风湿关节炎，银屑病关节炎、化脓性关节炎、系统性红斑狼疮、干燥综合征、血管炎等风湿性疾病导致的炎性关节炎和内分泌疾病导致的代谢性骨病。
④外伤所致的膝关节软骨及韧带损伤、骨折、结核、肿瘤、变形性骨炎（佩吉特骨病）、严重发育不良或先天异常、黄褐病、肢端肥大症、血色素沉着病、肝豆状核变性病、原发性软骨瘤病等者。
⑤合并心、脑、肝、肾和造血系统等严重疾病者；妊娠、准备妊娠或哺乳期妇女、精神病患者；怀疑或确有酒精、药物滥用病史者。
⑥筛选前2个月内接受过全身或关节腔内的激素治疗或2个月内对膝关节进行关节镜检查；筛选前6个月内膝关节炎有创伤或者外科手术，或膝关节有3次或以上创伤或外科手术史。
⑦对研究药物中任一成分过敏（祖师麻、樟丹、密陀僧、胡麻油）。
⑧正在参加其他临床研究的患者。
⑨病变部位有皮肤破损或皮肤病或有皮肤过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) do not conform to the knee osteoarthritis western medicine diagnostic criteria;
(2) the knee is swollen;
(3) the knee joint with crystalline synovial inflammation (joints), acute inflammatory arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, suppurative arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus (sle) and sjogren's syndrome, vasculitis, rheumatic diseases such as inflammatory arthritis and metabolic bone disease caused by endocrine disease;
(4) injury of knee joint cartilage and ligament damage, tuberculosis, tumour, fracture, deformation osteitis (paget bone disease), severe dysplasia or congenital anomalies, browns, acromegaly, hemochromatosis disease, liver degeneration disease, primary cartilage tumour disease, etc.;
(5) merge heart, brain, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, such as serious illness;Pregnancy, ready for pregnancy or lactation women, psychiatric patients;Doubt or have alcohol and drug abuse history;
(6) 2 months prior to screening received systemic hormone therapy or joint cavity or 2 months for knee arthroscopy;6 months prior to screening knee arthritis with trauma or surgery, or knee joint has a history of three or more trauma or surgery;
(7) All landowners to any ingredient in the drug allergy (father of hemp, ZhangDan monk, sesame oil, yellow).
(8) Today is in other clinical studies;
(9) Pathological changes of pet-name ruby damaged skin or skin or skin allergies.
