研究目的：

肾病综合症患者的基本治疗为强地松，药物的副作用较大，年龄大的患者服用后常常出现较多的并发症，常常死于严重的肺部感染，目前对于年龄大于 60 岁的患者没有对比资料研究小剂量强地松是否优越于大剂量强的松的治疗效果  

Objectives of Study：

Patients with idopathic nephrotic syndrome (INS) are treated with high-dose of prednisone, this may exacerbate the adverse effect for patients over the age of 60 due to their ageing process. Currently, there is lack of knowledge if prednisone dose need to be optimized for these patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.未行肾穿刺的患者
2.年龄小于60岁的患者
3.继发性肾病综合症。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with rapidly progressive glomerulonephritis, diabetes nephropathy, systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), nephrotic syndrome related with carcinoma, hepatitis B virus related-glomerular nephritis, or systemic vasculitis were excluded from this study;
2. no renal biopsy.
