研究目的：

通过随机对照研究，探讨Stroop范式结合吞咽任务训练对老年脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者吞咽功能重建的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effects of Stroop paradigm combine with swallowing task training on swallowing functional reconstruction of elderly patients with dysphagia after stroke.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 偏瘫伴严重痉挛，无法独站者；
2. 有严重合并症（包括心梗、心衰、肝肾功能不全、消化道出血、精神病等）；
3. 病情不稳，持续恶化者；
4. 中途退出者或失访者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Hemiplegia with severe spasm, unable to stand alone;
2. Presence of severe complication(including myocardial infarction, heart failure, liver and kidney dysfunction, gastrointestinal bleeding, psychosis, etc.);
3. Condition is unstable and continues to deteriorate;
4. Those who quit or fail to visit.
