主要目的：探索作用于大脑皮层感觉运动区的经颅直流电刺激联合感觉运动训练对脑卒中后上肢感觉运动功能的疗效和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To explore the efficacy and safety of transcranial direct current stimulation combined with sensorimotor training on upper limb sensorimotor function after stroke.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 交流困难，有失语症或严重构音障碍；
2. 患肢各关注中度至重度痉挛（改良Ashworth评分≥2）；
3. 严重视觉障碍（视力＜0.3）；
4. 颅脑外伤或脑部肿瘤；
5. 颅内金属内置物；
6. 严重内科疾病（心脏起搏器、肝肾功能不全、传染性疾病等）；
7. 患者既往有癫痫病史或癫痫家族史者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Difficulty in communication, with aphasia or severe dysarthria;
2. Moderate to severe spasticity of each affected limb (modified Ashworth score >= 2);
3. Severe visual impairment (visual acuity < 0.3);
4. Traumatic brain injury or brain tumor;
5. Intracranial metal implants;
6. Serious medical diseases (pacemaker, liver and kidney insufficiency, infectious diseases, etc.);
7. The patient has a history of epilepsy or a family history of epilepsy.
