Objectives of Study：

The effectiveness and safety of instillation of BCG and alternative BCG protocols for intermediate and high risk non-muscle invasive bladder cancer

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1)有下列情况任何一项者；
有免疫缺陷或损害（如艾滋病病人）、正使用免疫抑制药物或放射治疗，有可能引起全身性卡介苗疾病反应者；
对卡介苗或表柔比星或两药的辅料成份过敏者；
患发热及急性传染病者，包括活动性结核者，或正在接受抗结核治疗者；
伴有严重的慢性心脑血管疾病或慢性肾病；
2)合并其他泌尿生殖系统肿瘤或其他器官肿瘤者；
3)肌层浸润性膀胱尿路上皮癌（T2期及以上）患者；
4)过去 4 周内接受过化疗、放疗、免疫治疗者(除术后即刻膀胱灌注化疗以外)；
5)妊娠或哺乳期妇女、未采取有效避孕措施的育龄期妇女、计划于试验期间受孕者（包括男性受试者伴侣受孕）；
6)已知或怀疑术中发生膀胱穿孔；
7)入组前尚存在肉眼血尿，怀疑手术创面未愈合或尿路粘膜受损；
8)伴有膀胱炎,或曾经接受过其他膀胱灌注药物治疗且膀胱刺激征严重预期影响本研究评估者；
9)入组前3个月内参加过其它药物的临床试验；
10)已知阿片类药物或酒精依赖者；
11)研究者认为可能存在增加受试者危险性或干扰临床试验执行的任何情况；

Exclusion criteria：

1. has one creteria below:immuno-defeciency,receiving immunosuppression therapy or radiotherapy,not tolerance of BCG or epirubicin,fever or acute infection (including active TB or TB in treatment), severe chronic cardiocerebrovascular diseases or chronic renal disease;
2. having other tumors simutaneously;
3. muscle invasive bladder cancer;
4. having chemotherepy, radiotherapy or immunotherapy in the past 4 weeks,except intermediate instillation of bladder;
5. Women who is in the situation of pegnancy, lactation,preparing pregnancy or men whose sexual partners are at pregnancy;
6. Known or suspecting perferation of bladder cancer;
7. gross hematuria at the time of decision of inclusion,for suspecting un-healing of operation lesion or injury of urologic tract mucosa;
8. having cystitis, or not tolerance of instillation;
9. attending other clinical trial in the past 3 months;
10. known addicted to opoid drug or alcohol;
11. not suitable to this trial evaluated by researchers.
