研究目的：

1.研发基于互联网和安卓系统的膳食管理 APP 并验证其信度效度； 2.阐明海南的热带膳食特点并探讨其与高血压的关联性，建立并验证海南中老年人膳食-高血压预警模型； 3.通过随机对照的人群干预试验，探讨互联网+膳食精准自我管理干预技术对海南中老年人的高血压防控效果。

Objectives of Study：

1. Develop a diet management APP based on the Internet and Android system and verify its reliability and validity; 2. To clarify the characteristics of tropical diet in Hainan and explore its correlation with hypertension, and to establish and verify a diet-hypertension warning model for middle-aged and elderly people in Hainan; 3. To explore the prevention and control effects of Internet + dietary precision self-management intervention technology on hypertension in middle-aged and elderly people in Hainan province through a randomized controlled population intervention experiment.

利用随机数字表法在海口市120社区中抽出15个社区，每个社区随机选取30位的55-74岁中老年人（纳入标准如下）参与研究，15个社区共招募 450 人。根据年龄、性别、是否超重/肥胖、是否有家族史等因素分层后随机分为 APP自我管理+传统干预组、传统干预组和空白对照组进行人群干预试验。

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：	1 项目讲解及签署知情同意书对每一位调查员进行严格的培训，首先知道本课题涉及的内容和研究的目的，以及现场开展的工作流程，实践时首先向调查对象说明相应情况并征得对方意见。在调查对象愿意加入的情况下签署知情同意书，并录入身份信息，同时打印和和粘贴标签，并给于黄色文件袋，体格检查单等材料，指导调查对象进行体检。 2体格检查与录入体格检查数据身高、体重、血压和心率由社区服务站护士操作医用专业化测量电子设备进行测量并把相应的数值填写在体格检查单上，其中血压和心率均测量2次。用专业化的测量尺，把尺子放在肚脐上的位置绕一圈测出调查对象的腰围，臀围的测量要求调查对象双腿靠拢将侧量尺经臀部最高点水平测量一圈并填写数值，数值均保留一位小数。然后要求调查对象脱掉鞋袜站上体脂成分仪并拿起手柄双手伸直与地面呈60°角，在通过设置性别、年龄、身高等相关信息测出BMI以及内脏脂肪等级等体成分指标并记录在体格检查单上。 3数据整理与分析根据姓名在体检科统一导出纳入组对象的实验室检测指标，同时在Excel匹配体格检查数据，建立完整的数据库，然后对数据进行整理和分析。纸质版文件会保存。
Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：	1 project presentation and signing of informed consent/nEach investigator is trained in a rigorous manner, beginning with knowledge of the subject matter and the purpose of the study, as well as on-site work processes. In practice, the investigator is first informed of the situation and consulted. If the subject is willing to join, an informed consent form is signed and identity information is entered, labels are printed and pasted, and materials such as yellow paper bags and medical examination sheets are given to guide the subject to a medical examination. 2 physical examination and input physical examination data/nHeight, weight, blood pressure and heart rate were measured by a community service station nurse using a specialized medical measuring device and the corresponding values were filled out on a physical examination form, in which both blood pressure and heart rate were measured twice. With a professional ruler, place the ruler on your navel and circle it around your waist. To measure the circumference of your hips, place your legs close together and measure the side ruler horizontally across the highest point of your hips, the values retain one decimal place. The subjects were then asked to take off their shoes and socks, stand on a body fat analyzer, and pick up a handle and hold their hands straight at a 60-degree angle to the ground, body mass index (BMI) and visceral fat rating (visceral fat) were measured by sex, age, height and other relevant information and recorded on the physical examination list. 3 data collation and analysis/nAccording to the names in the physical examination department, the laboratory test indexes of the subjects were derived, and the physical examination data were matched in Excel to establish a complete database, then the data were sorted and analyzed.
