主要目的：应用fNIRS检测探讨创伤性颅脑损伤后认知障碍的脑功能特征。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: Based on the near infrared brain functional imaging detection technology to understand the cerebral functional and metabolic characteristics of patients with cognitive impairment after traumatic brain injury.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.意识不清难以完成实验者；
2.合并严重神经系统疾病；
3.合并严重精神疾病或其他精神障碍者；
4.其他类型疾病所导致的认知障碍，如脑卒中、路易体痴呆、Pick 病、AD等致认知障碍；
5.研究者认为存在可能损害受试者或者导致受试者无法满足或执行研究要求的任何状况；
6.视力、听力存在严重障碍者；
7.颅内植入金属、电子设备；颅骨缺损及金属颅骨修补术后；
8.携带有内植式电子设备的病人禁用（如：心脏起搏器携带者）；
9.正在参与另一项临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Unconscious and difficult to complete the experiment;
2. Combined with severe neurological diseases;
3. People with severe mental illness or other mental disorders;
4. Cognitive impairment caused by other types of diseases, such as stroke, dementia with Lewy bodies, Pick disease, AD and other cognitive impairment;
5. The investigator believes that there is any situation that may harm the subject or cause the subject to be unable to meet or perform the research requirements;
6. Those with severe vision and hearing impairments;
7. Intracranial implantation of metal and electronic equipment; after skull defect and metal skull repair;
8. Disabled for patients with implanted electronic devices (such as pacemaker carriers);
9. Participating in another clinical trial.
