研究目的：

探讨经颅磁刺激与近红外作为评估工具，探索cTBS预处理iTBS刺激可提升下肢运动皮层兴奋性情况。

Objectives of Study：

To explore transcranial magnetic stimulation and near-infrared as evaluation tools, and to explore whether cTBS preconditioning iTBS stimulation can improve the excitability of lower limb motor cortex.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.任何神经系统疾病； 2.癫痫病史； 3.没有严重的精神或身体疾病； 4.曾出现TMS不良反应； 5.服用影响皮层兴奋性的药物； 6.怀孕； 7.下肢手术史； 8.在胫前肌中不能诱导出对TMS的反应； 9.依从性差或无法配合测试等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Any neurological diseases; 2. History of epilepsy; 3. No serious mental or physical illness; 4. Had TMS adverse reactions; 5. Take drugs that affect cortical excitability; 6. Pregnancy; 7. History of lower extremity surgery; 8. Failure to induce a response to TMS in the anterior tibial muscle; 9. Poor compliance or inability to cooperate with the test.
