研究目的：

通过研究节食引起的生理改变和神经精神变化，尤其是执行控制与内感知觉的动态变化过程，来探讨节食对身心健康和神经精神的影响，为今后探讨节食疗法的疗效和生理机制提供理论依据和数据支持。  

Objectives of Study：

By studying the physiological changes and neuropsychological changes caused by dieting, especially the dynamic process of executive control and internal perception, we will explore the impact of dieting on physical and mental health and neuropsychiatry, and provide a theoretical basis and data support for the future exploration of the efficacy and physiological mechanism of dieting therapy.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 脑外伤或卒中病史等脑器质性疾病；
2. 有磁共振检查禁忌症，如体内有金属植入物者：金属假牙，心脏起搏器、人工股骨头、骨折术后体内留有钢钉者、体内残留金属片者等；
3. 不能耐受 MRI 扫描环境者；
4. 研究者认为存在不适合参加该研究的其他情况。
5. 独居独行者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of brain injury or stroke and other organic brain diseases;
2. There are contraindications to magnetic resonance examination, such as those with metal implants in the body: metal dentures, cardiac pacemakers, artificial femoral heads, those with steel nails in the body after fracture, and those with metal pieces in the body, etc.;
3. Those who cannot tolerate MRI scanning environment;
4. The researcher believes that there are other situations that are not suitable for participating in the research;
5. Individuals who live alone.
