研究目的:

骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折和膝关节疾病的发展是一种高度异质性、多因素的疾病,包括遗传、局部炎症、衰老、代谢因素等,而确切病因目前尚不清楚。技术的进步使得组学研究能够增加对脊柱及膝关节疾病致病过程的认识,我们的目的是通过蛋白质组学和代谢组学研究找出与疾病相关的生物分子,为预测或阻断疾病发展提供参考。  

Objectives of Study:

The development of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures and knee joint diseases is a highly heterogeneous, multifactorial disease, including genetics, local inflammation, aging, metabolic factors, etc. The exact cause is still unclear. Advances in technology enable omics research to increase the understanding of the pathogenesis of spine and knee joint diseases. Our goal is to identify disease-related biomolecules through proteomics and metabolomics research, in order to predict or block disease development for reference.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.有重大疾病者(恶性肿瘤等);濒临死亡患者;
2.膝关节外伤史;妊娠者;慢性肾功能不全、肝硬化疾病;慢性病毒感染(乙肝、HIV等)。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Patients with major diseases (malignant tumors, etc.); patients on the verge of death;
2. History of knee trauma; pregnancy; chronic renal insufficiency, liver cirrhosis; chronic viral infection (hepatitis B, HIV, etc.).
