建立和检验基于逐个节点的直肠癌系膜内淋巴结临床资料及影像学纹理特征的预测模型，提高术前对转移性淋巴结的诊断准确性。  

Objectives of Study：

Establish and test a predictive model based on node-by-node clinical data and imaging texture features of mesangial lymph nodes in rectal cancer to improve the accuracy of preoperative diagnosis of metastatic lymph nodes.

Patients diagnosed with rectal cancer by endoscopic biopsy and plan to undergo radical surgery within two weeks after imaging examination

容易混淆的疾病人群（即与目标疾病不易区分的一种或多种不同疾病，应避免采用正常人群对照的病例-对照设计）：

患有直肠良性病变的病人，如：直肠息肉，痔疮等，或不发生在直肠的癌变，如：乙状结肠癌、结肠癌等
