研究目的：

通过LARS评分观察“新直肠粘膜瓣”对于ARS是否有一定的预防和治疗作用；通过分析直肠肛门测压及盆底肌电图分析其机理机制；观察新直肠粘膜瓣对于手术时间、术后吻合口瘘、梗阻、感染发生率及术后住院时间的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

The LARS score was used to observe whether the neorectal mucosal flap had a certain preventive and therapeutic effect on ARS; The mechanism was analyzed by analyzing anorectal manometry and pelvic floor electromyography; The effects of new rectal mucosal flap on operation time, postoperative anastomotic leakage, obstruction, infection rate and postoperative hospital stay were observed.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.直肠癌患者伴远处器官或腹盆腔转移；
2.合并严重心脑血管、肺、肝、肾疾病；
3.合并有精神心理疾病；
4.既往多次腹盆腔手术史；
5.既往慢性肠梗阻病史；
6.既往便秘、腹泻或严重肠道功能紊乱。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Rectal cancer patients with distant organ or abdominal and pelvic metastasis;
2. Complicated with serious cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, lung, liver and kidney diseases;
3. Complicated with mental illness;
4. History of previous abdominal and pelvic surgery;
5. Previous history of chronic intestinal obstruction;
6. Previous constipation, diarrhea or severe intestinal dysfunction.
