研究目的：

探讨术中应用瑞马唑仑对患者术后睡眠质量和疲劳程度的影响，为合理应用麻醉相关药物改善患者术后睡眠质量、降低疲劳程度提供临床依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of remazolam on the postoperative sleep quality and fatigue degree in patients, and to provide a clinical basis for the rational application of anesthesia-related drugs to improve the postoperative sleep quality and reduce the fatigue degree.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

BMI≥28kg/m2；困难气道患者；未能得到控制的高血压收缩压≥180mmHg，舒张压≥110mmHg；对麻醉药物或其成分过敏；既往有精神疾病史，癫痫史；拒绝签署知情同意书者。

Exclusion criteria：

BMI >=28kg/m2;; uncontrolled hypertension 180mmHg SBP, diastolic BP 110mmHg; allergic to anesthetics or their composition; previous history of mental illness, history of epilepsy; refused to sign informed consent.
