研究目的：

观察评价严重烧伤休克期（伤后48h以内）即开始rhGH干预治疗，对肠源性感染及其并发症（脓毒症，高代谢反应，MODS）、创面愈合等的有效性和安全性。

Objectives of Study：

Evaluation of severe burn shock stage (within 48 h after injury) started rhGH intervention treatment, of enterogenic infection and its complications (sepsis, high metabolic reactions, MODS), such as wound healing efficacy and safety.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

重组人生长激素

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Recombinant human growth hormone

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①入院时有重度休克或重度吸入性损伤生命垂危者；②有严重电烧伤、复合伤或中毒等需作其它重要处理者；③入院时已发生严重消化道出血、伤前有严重胃肠疾病或曾行胃肠道手术治疗者；④伤前有糖尿病或严重心、脑、肺、肝、肾等疾病者；⑤伤前有恶性肿瘤、精神疾病者；⑥妊娠、哺乳期妇女；⑦因其他疾病使用糖皮质激素或免疫抑制剂治疗者；⑧因医疗费用等原因估计不能完成系统治疗观察者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients having severe shock or severe inhalation injury lead to dying when admitted to hospital;
2. Severe electrical burns, compound injury or poisoning required for other important treatment;
3. Patients having occurred severe gastrointestinal bleeding or with severe gastrointestinal disease before injury or having done gastrointestinal surgery;
4. Patients having diabetes or serious heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney and other diseases before injury;
5. Patients having cancer, mental illness before injury;
6. pregnancy and breast-feeding women;
7. Patients using corticosteroids or immunosuppressor treating for other diseases;
8. Patients who can not complete system treatment for medical expenses and other reasons.
