研究目的：

本研究拟在上海社区老年人群中进行肌少症与营养状况的筛查，明确老年人群中肌少症与营养不良的患病率及影响因素，并分析肌少症与营养不良的相关性，同时进行营养干预措施，随访后评估干预效果，为临床提供数据基础。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to screen sarcopenia and nutritional status in the elderly population in Shanghai community to clarify the prevalence and influencing factors of sarcopenia and malnutrition in the elderly population, and analyze the correlation between sarcopenia and malnutrition. Nutritional intervention measures will be carried out at the same time, and the intervention effects will be evaluated after follow-up, so as to provide data basis for clinical practice.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 流行病学调查 （1）具有严重精神疾病交流障碍认知障碍等无法清晰表达及配合筛查者等； （2）置入人工关节或安装心脏起搏器而不能进行生物阻抗测定者； 2. 营养干预 （1）急性疾病状态重要器官功能不全恶性肿瘤者； （2）存在吞咽障碍肾功能不全等不适合干预者； （3）行动不便或 卧床者； （4）认知功能障碍依从性较差者。

Exclusion criteria：

Epidemiological investigation: (1) Those with severe mental diseases, such as communication disorders, cognitive disorders, etc., who could not express clearly and cooperate with screening, etc. (2) patients with artificial joint implantation or cardiac pacemaker installation, but unable to perform bioimpedance measurement. Nutritional intervention (1) acute disease state vital organ dysfunction malignant tumor; (2) dysphagia renal insufficiency and other unsuitable intervention; (3) mobility disability or bedridden; (4) cognitive dysfunction poor compliance.
