Objectives of Study：

To explore the relationship between intraoperative cerebral oxygen saturation and postoperative cognitive dysfunction in patients with diabetes mellitus.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 急诊手术；
2. 听力和/或视力损害导致不能完成认知功能评估；
3. 语言障碍导致不能完成认知功能评估；
4. 镇静或插管状态；
5. 脑外伤；
6. 精神分裂症患者；
7. 术前存在认知功能障碍；
8. 参与其他研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Emergent surgery;
2. Poor hearing or vision impeding cognitive assessment;
3. Language barrier impeding cognitive assessment;
4. Sedation or intubation;
5. Patients with traumatic brain injury;
6. History of schizophrenia;
7. With cognitive dysfunction;
8. Participate in other research.
