研究目的：

1.急性胰腺炎合并感染性并发症患者肠道菌群的改变； 2.感染性胰腺坏死、败血症和肺部感染等感染部位的菌群和肠道菌群的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

1.The changes of intestinal flora in patients with acute pancreatitis complicated with infectious complications; 2.The correlation between intestinal flora and intestinal flora in infected sites such as infectious pancreatic necrosis, septicemia and pulmonary infection.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.严重心、肺、肝、肾疾病；
2.糖尿病和恶性肿瘤；
3.妊娠、哺乳期妇女；
4.既往有胃肠道手术史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe heart, lung, liver and kidney diseases;
2. Diabetes or malignant tumors;
3. Pregnant or breastfeeding women;
4. Previous history of gastrointestinal surgery.
