研究目的：

1.评估不同性发育阶段儿童AMH、INHA和INHB的水平分布及变化规律。 2.探讨AMH、INHB和INHA在儿童性发育过程中的评价作用，并建立相应的评价标准。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To evaluate the level distribution and change rule of AMH, INHA and INHB in children at different sexual development stages. 2. To explore the evaluation functions of AMH, INHB and INHA in the process of children's sexual development, and to establish corresponding evaluation standards.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.临床确诊为性发育迟缓、性分化异常等性发育异常疾病。
2.临床确诊为先天性甲状腺功能低下、先天性肾上腺皮质增生症、肾上腺肿瘤、下丘脑-垂体肿瘤等内分泌疾病。
3.一年内进行过GnRH-a等激素治疗。
4.溶血、脂血、血清样本剩余量不足以完成检测的样本。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Clinically diagnosed as sexual developmental disorders such as sexual developmental delay and abnormal sexual differentiation.
2. Clinically diagnosed with endocrine diseases such as congenital hypothyroidism, congenital adrenal hyperplasia, adrenal tumor, and hypothalamic-pituitary tumor.
3. Hormone therapy such as GnRH-a within one year.
4. The remaining amount of hemolysis, lipemia, and serum samples is not enough to complete the test.
