研究目的：

本研究的研发与技术团队同时基于自然语言处理（NLP）和认知行为治疗（CBT），开发了一款针对于抑郁的心理健康聊天机器人“小E”。拟采用为期一周的单盲随机对照试验来探究其对自认为有抑郁倾向的大学生实施自助方案的可行性、可接受性和初步效果。在数字化心理治疗的时代背景下，为人工智能在心理健康领域的应用做出进一步的贡献。  

Objectives of Study：

The R&D and technical team of this study developed a mental health chatbot "Xiao E" for depression, basing on both natural language processing and cognitive behavioral therapy. We plan to use a single-blind randomized controlled trial to explore the feasibility, acceptability and preliminary effect of its self-help program for college students with self-identified depression tendency.In the era of digital psychotherapy, it will make further contributions to the application of artificial intelligence in the field of mental health.

排除标准：

1.中国大学生心理健康筛查量表自杀维度测验题的得分有≥3分；
2.中国大学生心理健康筛查量表自杀维度或幻觉妄想维度的标准分>3分；

Exclusion criteria：

1. The score of any item in suicide dimension in Chinese College Students' Mental Health Screening Scale is >=3;
2. Standard score of suicide dimension or hallucination and delusion dimension of Chinese College Students Mental Health Screening Scale is >3.
