研究目的：

主要目的： 1.对现有肌肉衰减综合症运动干预相关研究进行循证学研究，制定出适合我国社区老年肌肉衰减综合症人群的运动方案； 2.探讨富含支链氨基酸的肽营养制剂联合运动干预对改善老年肌肉衰减综合症人群肌力、肌量和肌功能的有效性。

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: 1.to explore the safe and effective way of exercise intervention on sarcopenia through evidence-based method; 2.verify the effectiveness of exercise combined with nutrition intervention on elderly sarcopenia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.不耐受肠内营养者或对受试样品成分有过敏者；
2.有严重影响试验用样品消化吸收疾病的患者；
3.有严重心、肝、肾、肺等器质性病变和（或）严重功能障碍的患者；
4.下肢关节患病或功能障碍影响独立行走者；
5.身体内植入影响相关检查的金属或电子设备者；
6.正在使用其他可能影响试验效果的营养制剂及药物（如激素、抗肿瘤药物、抗结核药物、镇静或其他肌肉松弛剂等）者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who are intolerant of enteral nutrition or allergic to the components of the test sample;
2. Patients with diseases that seriously affect the digestion and absorption of test samples;
3. Patients with severe heart, liver, kidney, lung and other organic diseases and (or) severe dysfunction;
4. Lower extremity joint disease or dysfunction affecting independent walkers;
5. Those who have implanted metal or electronic devices that affect relevant inspections;
6. Those who are using other nutritional preparations and drugs (such as hormones, anti-tumor drugs, anti-tuberculosis drugs, sedatives or other muscle relaxants, etc.) that may affect the test effect.
