Objectives of Study：

To confirm the intervention effect of multicomponent exercise in the elderly with sarcopenia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.酒精或药物成瘾者；
2.有严重心、脑、肾、眼、足和神经病变等严重并发症妨碍活动者；
3.疾病终末期，预计寿命＜1年；
4.人工关节置换或三个月内有发生骨折的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Alcohol or drug addicts;
2. Those who have serious complications such as severe heart, brain, kidney, eye, foot and neuropathy hindering activities;
3. End-stage disease, life expectancy is less than 1 year;
4. Patients with artificial joint replacement or fractures within three months.
