研究目的：

采用随机对照试验的临床研究方法，证实口服尼可地尔对急性心肌梗死急诊PCI患者冠脉微循环障碍具有治疗作用，为尼可地尔治疗冠脉微循环障碍提供国人循证医学证据。  

Objectives of Study：

To confirm that oral nicorandil has a therapeutic effect on coronary microcirculation disorder in patients with acute myocardial infarction undergoing emergency PCI by using the clinical research method of randomized controlled trial, so as to provide evidence-based medical evidence for nicorandil in the treatment of coronary microcirculation disorder.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.血管狭窄严重无法行PCI治疗或需接受急诊搭桥者；
2.院前接受溶栓治疗者；
3.入院24小时内死亡者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe vascular stenosis who cannot undergo PCI or need emergency bypass;
2. Those who received thrombolytic therapy before hospital;
3. Those who died within 24 hours after admission.
