Objectives of Study：

The Effectiveness of Whole-Body Vibration With Hot Pack on Muscle strength, Balance Performance, and Flexibility in the Elderly

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)接受荷爾蒙補充療法者；(2)服用干擾肌肉骨骼代謝藥物者；(3)副甲狀腺亢進或低下者；(4)三個月內有骨折或者開刀者；(5)有眩暈病史者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) those receiving hormone replacement therapy;
(2) taking interference musculoskeletal metabolic drugs;
(3) parathyroid hyperthyroidism or with poor; there are those within the fracture or surgery;
(4) There were fractures or surgery within three months;
(5) there is a history of vertigo.
