研究目的：

通过4周的6-hTRF干预，观察早期6-h TRF（7:00-13:00）、晚期6-h TRF组（12:00-18:00）与早期6-h TRF+VC补充组对于中老年人血压、血脂和血糖等心血管参数的影响；通过测定血液中昼夜节律相关基因和代谢物的变化情况以及粪便中微生物群的组成，探讨TRF可能的作用机制。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effects of early 6-h TRF (7:00-13:00), late 6-h TRF group (12:00-18:00) and early 6-h TRF + VC supplementation group on cardiovascular parameters such as blood pressure, blood lipid and blood glucose in the middle-aged and elderly, and intervene with 6-h TRF for 4 weeks; The possible mechanism of TRF was discussed by measuring the changes of circadian rhythm related genes and metabolites in blood and the composition of microbiota in feces.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.过去1年内有重大心血管不良事件史者；
2.近6个月服用可能影响研究结果的药物者；
3.已知的Ⅰ型糖尿病者；
4.怀孕或准备怀孕者；
5.饮食限制者（如素食主义者）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who have a history of major cardiovascular adverse events in the past 1 year;
2. Those who have taken drugs that may affect the results of the study in the past 6 months;
3. Known type 1 diabetes patients;
4. Those who are pregnant or planning to become pregnant;
5. Those with dietary restrictions (such as vegetarians).
