研究目的：

通过随访全麻手术后患者术后发生恶心呕吐的时间，得到PONV时间节律的分布以及发生率。  

Objectives of Study：

To obtain the distribution and incidence of PONV time rhythm by following up the time of postoperative nausea and vomiting after general anesthesia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.无法清晰表达自己感受；
2.长期服用阿片类药物、止痛药或镇静剂；
3.过去一周内曾服用化疗药物及止吐药物；
4.胃肠道梗阻，安置胃管；
5.术后带管送入ICU。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Unable to express their feelings clearly;
2. Taking opioids, painkillers or sedatives for a long time;
3. Taking chemotherapeutic drugs and antiemetic drugs in the past week;
4. Gastrointestinal obstruction, placing gastric tube;
5. Taking tracheal tube to ICU after operation.
