研究目的：

本研究选择MCI患者进行前瞻性的随访观察，重点关注改良的认知训练改善MCI症状，延缓和降低MCI转化为AD的作用。  

Objectives of Study：

The study intends to evaluate the effect of modified cognitive training in mild cognitive impairment(MCI) patients. The prospective study observed both training and control group, and thus focus on cognitive performance changes and the ratio that MCI progresses to Alzheimer disease.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.其他原因引起的认知功能减退：脑血管病、中枢神经系统感染、克-雅病、亨廷顿舞蹈症和帕金森病、路易体痴呆、脑外伤性痴呆、其他理化因素（药物、酒精、CO等）、重要躯体疾病（肝性脑病、肺性脑病等）、颅内占位性病变（硬膜下血肿、脑肿瘤）、内分泌系统病变（甲状腺疾病、甲状旁腺疾病）以及维生素或其他任何原因引起的痴呆；
2.曾患神经系统疾病（包括中风、视神经脊髓炎、帕金森病、癫痫等）；
3.精神病患者，符合DSM-IV标准的精神分裂症或其他精神疾病，双向情感障碍，重性抑郁或谵妄；
4.存在异常实验室指标：肝功能（ALT或AST）超过正常上限1.5倍，Cr超过正常范围上限1.5倍，中度以上贫血，空腹血糖值超过正常范围上限的1.5倍；
5.筛查时收缩压>160mmHg或<90mmHg，或舒张压>100mmHg或<60mmHg。
6.有不稳定或严重的心、肺、肝、肾、造血系统疾病；有已知恶性肿瘤等严重预后不良性疾病。
7.存在不可纠正的视觉、听觉障碍无法完成量表等相关检测；
8.两年内严重酗酒、药物滥用史；
9.本研究筛查前30天内参加过其他临床试验；
10.研究人员认为该受试者不可能完成本研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Other causes of cognitive decline: cerebrovascular disease, central nervous system infection, CJD, huntington's and Parkinson's disease, DLB, traumatic brain dementia, other physical and chemical factors (such as drugs, alcohol, CO), systemic disease (hepatic encephalopathy, pulmonary encephalopathy, etc.), intracranial occupation (a subdural hematoma, brain tumor), the endocrine system disease (thyroid disease, parathyroid disease), and vitamins deficiency or any other causes of dementia;
2. The history of nervous system diseases, including stroke, optic myelitis, Parkinson's disease, epilepsy, etc.);
3. Psychiatric patients, including schizophrenia or other mental illnesses, bipolar disorder, major depression or delirium;
4. There are abnormal laboratory indexes: liver function (ALT and AST) 1.5 times over upper level of standard range, creatine 1.5 times over upper level of standard range, moderate or severe anemia, fasting blood glucose value more than 1.5 over upper level of standard range;
5. Systolic blood pressure > 160 mmHg or < 90 mmHg, or diastolic blood pressure > 100 mmHg or < 60 mmHg.
6. There are unstable or serious heart, lung, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system disease; Poor prognosis because of malignant diseases such as tumor;
7. Vision or hearing problems that lead to poor performance of cognitive test;
8. Two years history of severe alcoholism, drug abuse;
9. Participated in other clinical trials within 30 days before the screening;
10. The researchers believe that the subjects could not complete the study.
