研究目的：

确定重复经颅磁刺激治疗抑郁症的疗效，以及大脑皮层可塑性的变化。本研究联合TMS-MEP,TMS-EEG，双脉冲，近红外功能成像，静息态/任务态脑电等技术，研究干预前后大脑皮层反应性、局部兴奋和抑制、振荡活动、有效连接等指标的变化，为临床治疗提供更多的支持。  

Objectives of Study：

To determine the efficacy of repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of depression and the changes in the plasticity of the cerebral cortex. To combines TMS-MEP, TMS-EEG, dual pulse, near-infrared functional imaging, resting state/task state EEG and other technologies to study the cerebral cortex responsiveness, local excitement and inhibition, oscillatory activity, effective connection before and after intervention to provide more support for clinical treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

采取随机、双盲对照研究。治疗师根据随机表分别将抑郁症患者分为rTMS组，rTMS伪刺激组以及空白对照组 (各50例)。 rTMS组：利用经颅磁刺激仪（Magstim Ltd, Oxford, UK），调节刺激强度100%运动阈值（MT），刺激线圈定位于左背外侧前额叶皮层（DLPFC），刺激模式为10Hz 1600 pulses，每次治疗30min，每周5天，每天一次，共治疗20次。 rTMS伪刺激组：利用rTMS刺激仪，进行伪刺激（刺激仪只进行正常显示，不输出刺激信号给患者），每次治疗30min，每周5天，每天一次，共治疗20次。 空白对照组：不接受rTMS治疗，采取自然观察。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Take a randomized, double-blind controlled study. The therapist divided the depression patients into rTMS group, sham rTMS group and control group (50 cases each) according to the random table. rTMS group: using a transcranial magnetic stimulator (Magstim Ltd, Oxford, UK), adjust the stimulation intensity to 100% motor threshold (MT), the stimulation coil is located in the left dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (DLPFC), the stimulation mode is 10Hz 1600 pulses, Each treatment is 30min, 5 days a week, once a day, a total of 20 treatments. Shan rTMS group: using rTMS stimulator to perform pseudo-stimulation (the stimulator only displays normally and does not output stimulus signals to the patient), each treatment is 30 minutes, 5 days a week, once a day, and a total of 20 treatments. Control group: no rTMS treatment, natural observation. 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 伴严重躯体疾病、感染性疾病及免疫系统疾病患者；
2. 伴严重神经系统疾病、精神发育迟滞或脑器质性疾病的患者；
3. 娠妊或哺乳期妇女；
4. 近3个月内接受电休克治疗者；
5. 曾有过癫痫发作史；
6. 经评测不适合接受rTMS或tDCS治疗，以及无法完成相关指标采集者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe physical diseases, infectious diseases and immune system diseases;
2. Patients with severe neurological diseases, mental retardation or brain organic diseases;
3. Pregnant or breastfeeding women;
4. Receiving electricity within the past 3 months Shock therapy;
5. Have a history of electra convulsive therapy;
6. Those who are not suitable for rTMS or tDCS treatment after evaluation, and who cannot complete the collection of related indicators.

对于患者，将由计算机软件产生的随机数字(区组随机化)与序号对应组成的随机数字序列，所有数字指定为A组(rTMS真刺激组),B组（rTMS伪刺激组）和C组（对照组），并记录在案。符合入组条件并自愿参与试验的患者，分别根据各自随机表的编号进入A、B、C组，确定随机数字分组者不得参与纳入受试者。
