主要目的：探讨左心耳电隔离对持续性心房颤动导管消融治疗有效性和安全性的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: to investigate the effect of left atrial auricular electrical isolation on the efficacy and safety of catheter ablation for persistent atrial fibrillation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.阵发性房颤；
2.怀孕；
3.具有抗凝禁忌；
4.左心房或左心耳内血栓形成；
5.恶性肿瘤急性期；
6.具有可能导致心房颤动的疾病，如：甲状腺功能障碍，急性酒精中毒，前3个月内发生心脏事件(心肌梗死、经皮冠状动脉介入、瓣膜或冠状动脉搭桥手术等)；
7.心脏移植病史；
8.目前正在参加另一项研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Paroxysmal atrial fibrillation;
2.Pregnancy;
3.Anticoagulation contraindications;
4.Thrombosis in the left atrium or left atrial appendage;
5.Acute stage of malignant tumor;
6.Have diseases that may cause atrial fibrillation, such as: thyroid dysfunction, acute alcoholism, cardiac events (myocardial infarction, percutaneous coronary intervention, valve or coronary artery bypass surgery, etc.) within the first 3 months;
7.History of heart transplantation;
8.Currently participating in another study.
