研究目的：

探讨新型持续膀胱冲洗引流装置在TURP术后持续膀胱冲洗护理中的临床效果。明确该装置能否有效降低膀胱冲洗操作护理总时长、缓解膀胱痉挛程度、减少尿管堵塞次数、降低持续膀胱冲洗费用，进一步确定其科学研究价值和临床应用价值。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the clinical effect of the new continuous bladder flushing drainage device in the nursing of continuous bladder flushing after TURP. To determine whether the device can effectively reduce the total nursing time of bladder irrigation operation, relieve the degree of bladder spasm, reduce the number of urinary catheter blockages, and reduce the cost of continuous bladder irrigation, and further determine its scientific research value and clinical application value.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 既往有膀胱、前列腺手术史者；
2. 术前有凝血功能障碍及有血液方面疾病者；
3. 严重心、脑、肝、肾等脏器功能不全者；
4. 合并免疫系统及精神系统疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with previous bladder or prostate surgery;
2. Patients with coagulation dysfunction or blood diseases before surgery;
3. Severe insufficiency of heart, brain, liver, kidney and other organs;
4. Patients with diseases of immune system and mental system.
