研究目的：

1. 主要目的：研究脑卒中患者屈肘痉挛相关肌群的表面肌电特征，分析影响屈肘肌痉挛的主要肌群，为肉毒毒素的精准注射提供客观依据。 2. 次要目的：研究表面肌电在屈肘肌痉挛评估中的应用价值。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main objective: to study the surface EMG characteristics of muscle groups related to elbow flexion spasm in stroke patients, analyze the main muscle groups affecting elbow flexion spasm, and provide objective basis for accurate injection of botulinum toxin. 2. Secondary objective: to study the application value of sEMG in the evaluation of elbow flexor spasm.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.肘关节挛缩或疼痛；
2.肘关节合并骨关节疾病；
3.认知或精神障碍不能配合研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Elbow joint contracture or pain;
2. Elbow joint with bone and joint disease;
3. With cognitive or mental disorders, cannot cooperate with the research.
