采取病例对照研究，探讨先天性白内障手术的围手术期的数个诊疗问题，为先天性白内障的临床诊疗提供理论基础。  

Objectives of Study：

A case control study was conducted to study several perioperative diagnosis and treatment problems of congenital cataract surgery, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of congenital cataract.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 先天性白内障患儿伴玻璃体和视网膜疾病；
2. 先天性白内障患儿伴角膜疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Children with congenital cataract with vitreous and retinal diseases;
2. Congenital cataract in children with corneal disease.
