研究目的：

（1）通过采用平衡针灸针刺治疗偏头痛患者，评价平衡针灸针刺的短期疗效。研究平衡针作为中国传统医学治疗方法，在偏头痛治疗中，乃至急诊痛症治疗中的作用。 （2）从功能磁共振的角度探讨平衡针灸治疗的作用机理。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To Evaluate short-term efficacy of Balance Acupuncture Treatment of Migraineurs; 2. To Evaluate fMRI changes of Balance Acupuncture Treatment of Migraineurs.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

偏头痛病例排除标准:
1.其它疾病引起的头痛；
2.特殊类型的偏头痛，如眼肌麻痹型偏头痛，偏瘫型偏头痛等类型；
3.有晕针反应；
4.不能理解并进行数字疼痛量表测定；
5.月经期女性和妊娠或哺乳期妇女者；
6.合并循环、呼吸、消化等系统严重原发性疾病，严重精神病患者或易出血及感染者；
7.存在肿瘤、痛风、风湿性关节炎等其他疾病所致的慢性疼痛；
8.既往脑出血、脑梗塞等颅内器质性病变或MR扫描过程中发现严重的头颅解剖结构不对称或者颅内明确病变（其中脑白质疏松者Aharon-Peretz标准3级及3级以上）；
9.近一月来服用预防偏头痛的药物；
10.患者3个月内参加了其他临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

Migraine patients Exclusion criteria:
1. headache caused by other diseases;
2. Special types of migraines, such as ophthalmoplegia migraine, hemiplegic migraine and other types;
3. There fainting reaction;
4. Can not understand the pain scale and digital measurement;
5. menstrual period women and women who are pregnant or breast-feeding;
6. The combined circulation, respiratory, digestive system and other serious primary disease, severe mental illness or easy bleeding and infection;
7. The presence of tumors, gout, rheumatoid arthritis and other diseases caused by chronic pain;
8. The previous cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction and other organic intracranial lesion or MR scan found serious head or brain anatomical structures clearly asymmetric lesions (above wherein Leukoaraiosis by Aharon-Peretz standard 3 and 3);
9. Near month to take preventive migraine drugs;
10. patients within 3 months participated in other clinical trials.

采用简单随机方法：应用SPSS20产生不重复随机数字表，并完成受试者和试验组的随机编码设计和排列，制成随机分配卡，用不透光信封密封，信封上按顺序编号。操作时按每一病例入组顺序打开序号相同的信封，按照随机卡片的规定将相应研究对象分配到研究组中，分别给予相应治疗。
