研究目的：

采用乳清蛋白10g/天+每周3次抗阻运动训练干预试验和采用安慰剂(米糊10g/天)+每周3次抗阻运动训练干预试验对炎症性肠病合并肌少症患者的干预效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the intervention effect of whey protein 10g/day + resistance exercise training 3 times a week and placebo (rice cereal 10g/day) + resistance exercise training 3 times a week in patients with inflammatory bowel disease complicated by sarcopenia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.曾因牛奶不耐受而出现腹痛、腹泻、便血、粘液脓血便；
2.对牛奶、乳清蛋白过敏(乳清蛋白+抗阻运动训练干预组)，大米、糙米过敏(米糊+抗阻运动训练干预组)；
3.因吞咽障碍或口咽部解剖结构改变无法正常经口进食者；
4.因各种原因无法完成每周3次的抗阻运动训练者；
5.肠切除术后或有肠道造瘘者；
6.病情中重度活动患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Abdominal pain, diarrhea, blood in the stool, mucus pus and blood in the stool due to milk intolerance;
2. Allergic to milk and whey protein (whey protein + resistance exercise training intervention group), rice and brown rice (rice cereal + resistance exercise training intervention group);
3. Those who cannot eat normally orally due to dysphagia or changes in the anatomical structure of the oropharynx;
4. Those who cannot complete the resistance exercise training 3 times a week for various reasons;
5. Those who have intestinal resection or intestinal fistula;
6. Patients with moderate to severe activity.
