研究目的：

评估局部晚期直肠癌新辅助治疗同期加量调强放疗对比三维适形放疗疗效及安全性。预期新辅助调强放疗术后肿瘤病理完全预期缓解率（PCR）可达20%-25%优于适形放疗，无≥3级毒副反应，相对于适形放疗调强放疗不增加手术难度。以此作为进一步开展临床研究的依据。

Objectives of Study：

A randomized controlled study of neoadjuvant concomitant boost intensity-modulated radiotherapy(IMRT)and 3-dimensional conformal radiotherapy (3-DCRT) for locally advanced rectal cancer, neoadjuvant IMRT expected pathologic complete remission rate (PCR) 20% -25% better than conformal radiotherapy, no >=4 toxicity level Compared with conformal radiotherapy, IMRT did not increase the difficulty of surgery and postoperative complications.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.不可控制的内科疾病；2.不签署知情同意书；3.怀孕及哺乳者；4.慢性腹泻或炎性肠病患者;5.过去5年有除皮肤基底细胞癌外的恶性肿瘤病史者;

Exclusion criteria：

1. Uncontrolled medical disease;
2. Those patients who do not agree to participate in this study;
3. Pregnant or lactating woman;
4. Medical history of chronic diarrhea or inflammatory disease of the colon or rectum;
5. Other malignant tumours within the last 5 years except basal cell carcinoma of the skin.
