明确健康成人运动前区在吞咽过程中的作用以及调控运动前区对吞咽障碍患者吞咽功能的影响及其作用机制。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the role of premotor area in swallowing in healthy adults and to regulate the effect of premotor area on swallowing function in patients with dysphagia and its mechanism.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.配合度差，如文化程度低、存在认知障碍或听力障碍；
2.临床试验过程中，由于各种原因不能按流程完成治疗或测试内容。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Poor cooperation, such as low education level, cognitive impairment or hearing impairment;
2. During the clinical trial, due to various reasons, the treatment or test content cannot be completed according to the process.
