探究局部应用EGCG对治疗放射性口腔粘膜损伤的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the efficacy of topical application of EGCG in the treatment of radiation-induced oral mucosal injury during simultaneous radiotherapy and chemotherapy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG). 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 同时接受靶向治疗等其他治疗者；
2. 对EGCG或茶叶过敏；
3. 怀孕或哺乳期患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who receive targeted therapy and other treatments at the same time;
2. Allergic to EGCG or tea;
3. Pregnant or lactating patients.

本课题组已建立了数据库，对被试包括人口学信息、临床症状评估以及其他生理指标检测结果的进行系统的、标准的数据管理，将由专人负责数据录入，并采用双次录入方法保证原始数据的质量。
