研究目的：

明确俯卧位对老年手术患者脑血氧饱和度的影响，定量描述俯卧位时老年手术患者的心脏功能变化程度、呼吸动力学指标，探讨俯卧位与老年患者术后呼吸系统并发症发病率间的关系。

Objectives of Study：

To clarify the effect of prone position on cerebral blood oxygen saturation in elderly surgical patients, quantitatively describe the changes of cardiac function and respiratory dynamics in elderly surgical patients in prone position, and to explore the relationship between prone position and the incidence of postoperative respiratory complications in elderly patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 有俯卧位相关禁忌症；
2. 无法使用常规Wilson体位床摆放俯卧位的患者；
3. 患者两周内有肺部感染史；
4. 患有未经控制的高血压、糖尿病、冠心病、COPD急性发作期等疾病的患者；
5. 既往颅脑手术史的患者；
6. 既往心脏外科手术史的患者；
7. 既往大血管手术史的患者；
8. 既往胸科手术史的患者；
9. 既往肾脏手术史的患者，慢性肾脏功能不全的患者；
10. 既往肠道肿瘤患者；
11. 低体重患者BMI<18.5，过度肥胖患者BMI>35；
12. 已纳入其他临床研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. There are contraindications related to prone position;
2. Patients who cannot able to perform prone position on Wilson bed;
3. A history of pulmonary infection within two weeks;
4. Patients with uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease, acute exacerbation of COPD and other diseases;
5. A history of craniocerebral surgery;
6. A history of cardiac surgery;
7. A history of major vascular surgery;
8. A history of thoracic surgery;
9. A history of renal surgery and chronic renal insufficiency;
10. Patients with previous intestinal tumor;
11. BMI < 18.5 or > 35;
12. Patients who have been included in other clinical studies.
