研究目的：

本研究将前瞻性对照研究比较不同屈光度及不同年龄的正常人群缩瞳前后、散瞳前后的眼部结构改变的差异，进一步了解生理调节过程中睫状肌及晶状体的调节功能，及其对眼结构的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, a prospective controlled study was conducted to compare the changes of eye structure before and after pupil contraction and dilation in normal people of different diopters and different ages, so as to further understand the regulatory functions of ciliary muscle and lens and their effects on eye structure during physiological regulation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 不能遵循研究程序，无法配合眼部检查；
2. 既往眼内手术或激光治疗史；
3. 既往眼部疾病史：角膜异常或存在角膜感染，青光眼，虹膜角膜内皮综合征，眼前段发育不全，真性小眼球，高度近视（>6.0D），葡萄膜炎，眼部肿瘤，眼外伤，眼底病变如视网膜中央静脉阻塞、视网膜中央动脉阻塞、视网膜脱离等；
4. 妊娠或者哺乳期妇女；
5. 伴有严重的全身疾病病史：糖尿病，高血压（收缩压≥180mmHg 或舒张压≥100mmHg）以及晚期心脏病、肾病、呼吸性疾病或者肿瘤等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Inability to follow study procedures and inability to cooperate with eye examinations;
2. Previous intraocular surgery or laser treatment history;
3. history of eye disease: corneal abnormalities or corneal infection, glaucoma, iridocorneal endothelial syndrome anterior segment dysgenesis, nanophthalmos, high myopia (> 6.0D), uveitis, eye tumors, trauma, fundus lesions such as central retinal vein occlusion, central retinal artery occlusion, and retinal detachment;
4. Pregnant or lactating women;
5. With a history of serious systemic diseases: diabetes, hypertension (systolic blood pressure >=180mmHg or diastolic blood pressure >=100mmHg), advanced heart disease, kidney disease, respiratory disease or tumor, etc.
