排除标准：

排除标准：肝肾功能异常，心脏疾病，严重的男方因素，子宫内膜异位症，库欣综合征，甲状腺功能亢进或减退，高泌乳素血症，身高体重指数（BMI）≥29或≤18。

Exclusion criteria：

The exclusion criteria were liver,kidney, or heart disease;a severe male factor; endometriosis;Cushings syndrome; hyper or hypothyroidism; hyperprolactinemia;or a body mass index of more than 29 kg/m2 or less than 18 kg/m2.

1）由陈莉、孙琴负责募集符合入院标准的研究对象100人。2)由许娟娟负责分组，将受试者按招募的顺序编码1到100，通过简单化随机分组方法，将受试者分为A组及B组，A组为实验组，B组为对照组。
