研究目的：

1.探索针对行为学的社会网络干预能否降低糖尿病足患者的溃疡复发率； 2.探索针对行为学的社会网络干预对糖尿病足患者用药依从性及饮食、锻炼等行为的影响； 3.探索针对行为学的社会网络干预是否有利于糖尿病足患者的代谢控制。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore whether behavioral social network intervention can reduce the ulcer recurrence rate in patients with diabetic foot; 2. To explore the influence of behavioral social network intervention on medication compliance, diet, exercise and other behaviors of diabetic foot patients; 3. To explore whether behavioral social network intervention is beneficial to the metabolic control of diabetic foot patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.既往或本次行大截肢（足踝以上）；
3.已参入其它相关临床试验；
4.有肿瘤病史和/或严重心脑血管疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Previous or current major amputation (above the ankle);
3. Has participated in other relevant clinical trials;
4. Have a history of tumor and/or severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.

对所有受试者按照1:1进行区块随机化，并制作随机信封。筛选后研究者按照中心随机信封的顺序，开启随机信封，将受试者分配到两个不同组进行后续干预。

Block randomization was performed for all subjects according to 1:1, and random envelopes were made. After screening, the researchers opened the random envelope in the order of the central random envelope, and assigned the subjects to two different groups for follow-up intervention.
