研究目的：

本研究旨在通过16S rRNA基因扩增序列测定透明质酸钠滴眼液(含或不含防腐剂)干预前后眼表细菌群落的组成和多样性。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aimed to determine the composition and diversity of bacterial communities on the ocular surface before and after the intervention with sodium hyaluronate eye drops (with or without preservatives) using 16S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1） 任一眼睛进行过眼部手术，包括眼内、眼整形、泪小点栓塞、泪小管成形、角膜或屈光手术
2） 任一眼睛有外伤
3） 任一眼睛有感染（例如角膜、结膜、泪腺、泪囊或眼睑的病毒、细菌、分枝杆菌、原生生物或真菌感染）
4） 眼睑异常（如睑外翻、睑内翻、肿瘤、水肿、眼睑痉挛、闭合不全、倒睫、上睑下垂、麦粒肿、睑板腺囊肿、睑缘炎、睑板腺功能异常）
5） 任一眼睛有过敏（如季节性结膜炎、巨乳头性结膜炎）
6） 任一眼睛合并青光眼
7） 基线检查前180天内，任一眼睛有发炎或眼内炎病史（角膜炎、巩膜外层炎、巩膜炎、虹睫炎、脉络膜炎、视网膜及黄斑炎症）
8） 任一眼睛角膜完整性异常（化学灼伤、复发性角膜上皮糜烂、角膜上皮缺损）
9） 佩戴角膜接触镜
10） 基线检查前180天内使用滴眼液(人工泪液、抗生素、类固醇、环孢素和非甾体抗炎药)
11） 基线检查前180天内口服药物(抗生素、类固醇和非甾体抗炎药)
12） 合并系统性疾病（糖尿病、甲状腺功能亢进、stevens-Johnson syndrome，维生素A缺乏症，类风湿关节炎，韦格纳肉芽肿病，结节病 ，白血病，赖利 - 戴综合症，系统性红斑狼疮，干燥综合症）
13） 妊娠期和哺乳期女性，或有生育能力并不采用适当避孕措施的妇女，根据受试者的自我报告判定
14） 基线检查前180天内参加涉及到治疗药物或医疗器材等其它眼科临床试验

Exclusion criteria：

1) either eye has undergone eye surgery. Includes intraocular, ocular plastic surgery, lacrimal punctate embolism, lacrimal canaliculoplasty, corneal or refractive surgery;
2) trauma in either eye;
3) infection in any eye (e.g. viruses, bacteria, mycobacteria, mycobacteria, protozoa or fungi in cornea, conjunctiva, lacrimal gland, lacrimal sac or eyelid);
4) eyelid abnormalities (such as ectropion, ectropion, tumor, edema, blepharospasm, insufficiency, trichiasis, ptosis, blepharoptosis. Granuloma, meibomian gland cyst, blepharitis, meibomian gland dysfunction);
5) allergy in either eye (such as seasonal conjunctivitis, giant papillary conjunctivitis) < / br > 6) glaucoma in either eye;
7) within 180 days before baseline examination. Any eye with a history of inflammation or endophthalmitis (keratitis, exosclerositis, scleritis, iridocyclitis, choroiditis, retina and macular inflammation);
8) abnormal corneal integrity (chemical burns, recurrent corneal epithelial erosion, corneal epithelial defect);
9) wear corneal contact lenses;
10) use eye drops (artificial tears, antibiotics, steroids, steroids) within 180 days before baseline examination. Cyclosporine and NSAIDs);
11) Oral drugs (antibiotics, steroids and NSAIDs);
12) complicated with systemic diseases (diabetes, hyperthyroidism, stevens-Johnsonsyndrome) within 180 days before baseline examination. Vitamin A deficiency, rheumatoid arthritis, Wegener's granulomatosis, sarcoidosis, leukemia, Reilly-Day syndrome, systemic lupus erythematosus, Sjogren's syndrome);
13) pregnant and lactating women, or fertile women who do not use appropriate contraceptives. According to the subjects' self-report;
14) participate in other ophthalmic clinical trials involving therapeutic drugs or medical devices within 180 days before baseline examination.
