探索在脓毒症休克早期复苏治疗过程，呼吸频率变化对于中心静脉-动脉-二氧化碳分压差（PCO2）变化的影响，为临床目标性治疗提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of respiratory rate change on the change of central venous-to-arterial PCO2 difference(PCO2) during the early resuscitation treatment of septic shock, so as to provide basis for clinical targeted treatments.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

妊娠、年龄小于18岁、肝功能衰竭患者和不可逆性疾病如终末期肿瘤。

Exclusion criteria：

Pregnancy, age less than 18 years patients with liver failure and irreversible underlying disease such as end-stage neoplasm.
