研究目的：

本研究通过静息态fMRI揭示脑卒中后的下肢运动功能障碍的特征，明确rTMS可改善患者的下肢运动功能，另外将大脑行为与下肢的感觉运动功能恢复联系起来，探究rTMS促进脑卒中下肢功能恢复的神经重塑机制。  

Objectives of Study：

This study uses resting state fMRI to reveal the characteristics of lower extremity motor dysfunction after stroke, and confirms that rTMS can improve the patient's lower extremity motor function. In addition, The brain behavior and the sensorimotor function recovery of the lower extremities are linked to explore the neural remodeling mechanism of rTMS to promote the recovery of the lower extremity function after stroke.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有TMS及fMRI的相关禁忌症者（心脏起搏器，颅内植入物，植入药物泵或妊娠等）；
2.中风前有下肢运动功能障碍者；
3.肝、肾等严重危及生命的疾病及精神病患者；
4.目前正在参加其他临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with contraindications to TMS and fMRI (pacemaker, intracranial implant, implanted drug pump or pregnancy, etc.);
2. Those with lower extremity motor dysfunction before stroke;
3. Liver, kidney and other serious life-threatening diseases and mentally ill patients;
4. Those who are currently participating in other clinical trials.
