研究目的：

本课题在颅内血肿清除术等神经外科常规治疗的基础上分别采用1.6ATA和2.4ATA压力的临床常规HBOT方案开展其对脑出血患者临床疗效研究，初步探讨不同压力HBOT方案对脑出血患者临床疗效的影响，为建立脑出血患者不同病程阶段的个体化、精准化的HBOT规范体系奠定基础。

Objectives of Study：

Based on conventional neurosurgery treatments such as intracranial hematoma removal, this project uses 1.6 ATA and 2.4 ATA pressure clinical routine HBOT regimens to carry out its clinical efficacy research on patients with cerebral hemorrhage, and initially explores the clinical effects of different pressure HBOT regimens on patients with cerebral hemorrhage. The study is to lay the foundation for the establishment of an individualized and precise HBOT standard system for patients with cerebral hemorrhage in different stages of the disease.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.严重心，肝，肾等器官功能障碍；
2.合并呼吸系统感染性疾病或其他感染性疾病；
3.继发于动静脉畸形，颅内动脉瘤或肿瘤的继发性脑出血；
4.癌症，自身免疫性疾病，出血倾向性疾病；
5.既往有脑卒中等神经系统疾病病史；
6.蛛网膜下腔出血、原发性脑室出血、药物性出血性脑卒中。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Severe heart, liver, kidney and other organ dysfunction;
2.Combined with infectious diseases of the respiratory system or other infectious diseases;
3.Cerebral hemorrhage secondary to arteriovenous malformation, intracranial aneurysm or tumor;
4.Cancer, autoimmune disease, bleeding tendency disease;
5.Have a history of stroke and other neurological diseases;
6.Subarachnoid hemorrhage, primary ventricular hemorrhage, drug-induced hemorrhagic stroke.
