本研究根据X线扫描结果及Kellgren-Lawrence标准对OA患者分级；用非靶向代谢组学的方法探讨OA患者关节软骨中的特异性标记物及其特异性通路。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, OA patients were classified according to X-ray scan results and Kellgren-Lawrence criteria; non-targeted metabolomics methods were used to explore specific markers and specific pathways in articular cartilage of patients with OA.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.类风湿性关节炎；
2.股骨头坏死；
3.关节周围骨折；
4.4周内行免疫治疗或者镇痛治疗等治疗措施；
5.感染；
6.神经性关节病；
7.肢端肥大症；
8.骨软骨瘤；
9.近12个月年内行膝关节镜手术；
10.近6个月内关节内注射或系统性(口服、静脉或肌内注射)类固醇药物。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Rheumatoid arthritis;
2.Whirlbone necrosis;
3.Periarticular fracture;
4.Immunotherapy or analgesic therapy was performed within 4 weeks;
5.Infection;
6.Neuropathic arthropathy;
7.Acromegaly;
8.Osteochondromatosis;
9.Arthroscopic knee surgery within the previous 12 months;
10.Intra articular injection or systemic (oral, intravenous, or intramuscular) steroid within the previous 6 months.
