明确中国人群感染德尔塔新冠病毒后并发嗅觉丧失/减退的发生率、临床特征、风险因素及预后，进一步指导这类人群的精准干预，个体化治疗。  

Objectives of Study：

To clarify the incidence, clinical characteristics, risk factors, and prognosis of anosmia/hypophysiology after infection with delta-new coronavirus in the Chinese population, and to further guide precise intervention and individualized treatment for this population.

1.既往有基础的疾病导致嗅觉丧失；
2.不能言语表达。

Exclusion criteria：
