研究目的：

1、通过本课题研究，观察干针疗法对脑卒中下肢肌痉挛膝过伸患者下肢痉挛程度，膝过伸严重程度，步态功能评估，神经功能恢复状况、日常生活活动能力的康复作用，为临床上治疗脑卒中下肢肌痉挛膝过伸患者提供新的康复治疗方案。 2、通过对脑卒中下肢肌痉挛膝过伸患者针对性干针疗法，改善膝过伸角度，逆转异常步态，提高步态功能，改善日常生活及生存质量，缩短住院周期，帮助其早日回归家庭及社会，减少国家及家庭的经济负担。

Objectives of Study：

1. Through the research of this subject, we can observe the effect of dry needling therapy on the degree of lower extremity spasticity, the severity of knee hyperextension, the evaluation of gait function, the recovery of nerve function, the ability of daily living. scale. It canvprovides a new rehabilitation program for the clinical treatment of stroke patients with lower extremity muscle spasm and knee hyperextension. 2. In patients after stroke with lower limb muscle spasm and knee hyperextension, dry needling therapy can improve the angle of knee hyperextension, reverse abnormal gait, improve gait function, improve daily life and quality of life, shorten the hospitalization period, and help them return to the family or society as soon as possible , reducing the economic burden of the country or family.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并有严重心、肝、肾、血液系统疾病和内分泌系统等严重原发性疾病；
2.合并有下肢肌肉骨骼系统疾病，如膝关节炎、股骨头骨折等影响步行功能；
3.合并有其他神经系统疾病或损害如帕金森病、癫痫、外周神经病变等；
4.无法配合针刺治疗患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with serious heart, liver, kidney, blood system diseases and endocrine system and other serious primary diseases;
2. Combined with lower extremity musculoskeletal system diseases, such as knee arthritis, femoral head fracture, etc., which affect walking function;
3. Combined with other nerves Systemic diseases or damages such as Parkinson's disease, epilepsy, peripheral neuropathy, etc.;
4. Patients who cannot cooperate with acupuncture treatment.
