研究目的：

构建早期新生儿吸吮评估指标，完善早期吸吮评估技术，从新生儿吸吮能力角度探索分娩镇痛对于泌乳发动及远期母乳喂养的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To construct early neonatal sucking assessment indicators, improve early sucking assessment techniques, and explore the effects of labor analgesia on lactation initiation and long-term breastfeeding from the perspective of neonatal sucking ability.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.未成年母亲（<20岁法定结婚年龄）及高龄初产妇（初产年龄>35岁）；
2.乳腺发育不良、乳房手术、隆胸术史、乳头平坦或凹陷；
3.母乳喂养禁忌证，以及躯体或精神疾病临床不建议母乳喂养者；
4.母婴分离，分娩后首日不能正常直接母乳喂养；
5.纯人工喂养、完全奶瓶喂养；
6.产妇有妊娠并发症、合并症、分娩并发症、感染等影响泌乳的疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Minor mothers (<20 years of legal marriage age) and advanced primiparas (primitive age> 35 years old);
2. Breast dysplasia, breast surgery, history of breast augmentation, flat or sunken nipples;
3. Breastfeeding contraindications, and those with physical or mental illnesses who are not clinically recommended to breastfeed;
4. The mother and baby are separated, and the first day after childbirth cannot be directly breast-fed;
5. Pure artificial feeding, complete bottle feeding;
6. Maternal pregnancy complications, complications, childbirth complications, infections and other diseases that affect lactation.
